Queens Civil Court

Good afternoon,

Please be advised that in light of the current situation, the No Fault calendars for the next two weeks are being administratively adjourned. However, in an effort to continue court operations efficiently and minimize future calendars, please advise the Court of any cases that have settled. You can email any stipulations to submissionjcf@nycourts.gov or notify the Court at 718-262-7333.

In the upcoming days and weeks, Judge Evans and Judge Katsanos will begin reaching out to the parties on No Fault cases to schedule telephone or Skype conferences. We will begin with the calendars from today through April 1, and then if the situation continues, contact parties on future calendars.
