Published since 2010, the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings allows the New York legal community to acknowledge who they believe to be the best providers of products and services to their market. In 2014, more than 8,000 votes were cast in an online survey composed of 13 main categories, including Litigation Support, Research & Information Services, Technology: Software and Services, Consulting and Outsourcing, and Recruiting and Staffing. Voters had the option of selecting firms listed on the ballot or writing in their favorite firm if not listed. Once the survey was closed, the New York Law Journal team verified that the votes had been cast by lawyers or legal professionals.
