Civil courts of New York are implanting mandatory e-filing on No Fault cases. New protocols will require all Unified Court System judges and non-judicial employees who have not been vaccinated to be tested regularly for Covid-19. The new protocols will go into effect on Tuesday, September 7th. Resumption of Jury Trials, Non-Jury Trials and Inquests – Queens County Please be advised that in-person Jury Trials, Non-Jury Trials, Summary Bench Trials and Inquests have recommenced. If you have a case that is ready for trial, with the Request for Judicial Invention (RJI) and Note of Issue having already been filed, please complete the attached form and submit it to the Chambers of the Administrative Judge at QSJAC@nycourts.gov.
