Important Court Information
I am including the latest court information that has been made available to eLaw. As the situation is rapidly changing, I will continue to provide court information as it is provided to me by the Court, members of the Bar and our partner companies, PM Legal and ZRPD.
Queens Civil Court
Please be advised that in light of the current situation, the No Fault calendars for the next two weeks are being administratively adjourned. However, in an effort to continue court operations efficiently and minimize future calendars, please advise the Court of any cases that have settled. You can email any stipulations to email@example.com or notify the Court at 718-262-7333.
In the upcoming days and weeks, Judge Evans and Judge Katsanos will begin reaching out to the parties on No Fault cases to schedule telephone or Skype conferences. We will begin with the calendars from today through April 1, and then if the situation continues, contact parties on future calendars.
If you have any questions, please email.
