2nd Department Appellate Division CAMP is asking all attorneys with pending matters to advise the court of their email address registered with Skype for Business by emailing Anne Pope, CAMP Administrator apope@nycourts.gov and with their docket number of the case in order to schedule CAMP conferences or if they have previously been notified of a CAMP conference.

Please refer all CAMP responses and/or questions only to apope@nycourts.gov if you have any questions Anne Pope can be reached by phone at 516-725-0708

The New York Supreme Courts are slowing recovering from the Covid epidemic. Queens Supreme is opening up today virtually for non-essential matters with the hope the other counties will soon follow. eLaw will continue to alert on all administrative adjournments and the new scheduled virtual appearances. 9th District Update for Westchester, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland and Putnam

Virtual Court 9th Judicial District

Effective Monday, April 6, 2020, virtual court operations will commence via Skype for Business for all courts within Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties for essential proceedings.
This information relates only to New York State courts. Please check with your local Town, Village or Federal court for information on those courts.

4th Judicial District

Effective April 6, 2020, virtual court operations will commence via videoconferencing for all courts within Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, St. Lawrence, Warren and Washington Counties for essential proceedings.
This information relates only to New York State courts. Please check with your local Town, Village or Federal court for information on those courts.
